The free storage period for shipments at branches in Ukraine is up to 24 calendar days, unless otherwise specified by the seller’s terms or by the service through which the order was placed. For shipments delivered from online stores or marketplaces, the free storage period is determined by the requirements of the respective seller/platform and may differ from the standard period, but must not exceed 24 calendar days.

If the circumstances have changed, the sender can return the parcel to a convenient address, as well as the recipient can refuse it.

We offer a wide range of packages for parcels up to 30 kg and over 30 kg to ensure the contents’ integrity during transportation, storage, and examination at the customs.

Customs fees apply for delivery of goods worth more than 150 euros from abroad to Ukraine. They include: (1) Import duty – 10% of the amount exceeding €150. (2) VAT – 20% of the amount exceeding €150, including the duty.

During delivery, a parcel can be not only returned to the sender but also forwarded within Ukraine and abroad.

An opportunity to additionally declare the value of your shipment and insure it against damage or loss for a 3% commission.
